Sandy's outfit according to Portia was "A minimalist couture" but all Sandy saw was an alien child in a shimmering pink dress.

Still the food was good as always and so long as Sandy remained camped out at a table eati ng herself into a coma she wouldn't be expected to dance. She wasn't much in the mood for dancing tonight but rather just wanted to soak up some of the warmth radiating off the capitolites who didn't seem to have a care in the world.

She was however mildly irritated to see some who were dressed as people she knew.
