Iskierka certainly wouldn't stop him from fighting her. Admittedly, she's not going to go out of her way to encourage him to fight her either, but she wouldn't stop him. (He's right in that she's a firebreather though, even if the Capitol has made it so that she can't for the most part, and Blizzard might not have as much of an effect as he might like, were he a mage.)

She's silent for a moment longer, as she takes a moment to enjoy a reaction that's closer to one she might have gotten back home than many have been lately, but in due time she figures she might as well at least say something.
